Lauren & Tim are easy going people that are clearly comfortable with who they are as individuals and as a couple – that makes them extremely fun to be around. This engagement session was just a little different than any other session I’ve done before because not only was it an engagement shoot, but it was an engagement video shoot!

Their video below was filmed and edited by JP McLeod & me and it marks the first of many collaborations between us! If you’re interested in telling your own story through video (no matter how simple or crazy), please contact one of us for more info.

Now enough talking and onto a few images from the afternoon and most importantly their video!
Oh wait, just one more thing (I promise!), the song you’ll hear in the video is an original song written by JP’s dad, Pete McLeod and sung by Lauren herself, which makes this video entirely 100% unique to Tim & Lauren. Amazing right? I hope you enjoy!

I’ve had the pleasure of playing a small part in a personal project of a close friend. This side project has presented me with the opportunity to meet some truly gifted musicians (hopefully more on that another day). Dave Yaden and Candace Devine are two singer-songwriters I’ve been fortunate enough to meet. These two talented musicians joined forces and formed the singing duo David & Devine a couple years ago and have been creating music together ever since. I was able to sit in, listen and just observe these two sing, as David played the piano. Check them out here!

I got a last minute call from Josselyn asking me if I could help her photograph Katie & Josia’s wedding. I’m so glad she called because I got to meet this wonderful couple and photograph their beautiful wedding! As you’ll see, these two are just gorgeous. I loved seeing all the thoughtful details and the flowers, ohmy the flowers were just beautiful. Enjoy!

Chrizle (pronounced Kriz-el) is a singer and songwriter who’s beautiful, lovable and full of talent. When I met her I instantly felt like I was meeting up with a long lost friend (I love it when that type of connection happens!). Taking every opportunity to share God’s love, she uses music to lift, encourage and inspire. She believes in giving away what she’s been given, loving those that need loving, and creating a reality only a child can imagine – filled with love, fighting bad guys, and ice cream!
